Your project manager will be contactable at all times, on-site at vital stages during each installation and will liaise with everyone involved with the build, to ensure the project runs seamlessly and to schedule.

Following a full discussion and analysis of your requirements, your lifestyle and the possibilities to integrate Smart Home technology into your property, we will present initial proposals, show any designs and discuss the required budget, with full transparency.

Detailed design of the confirmed plans to ensure that your new technology will work perfectly. Planning of any required internal and external wiring or cable specification and working alongside your electrician.

Any required wiring will be installed, either by us, or by your own electrician should you prefer. Our specialist engineers will install your equipment throughout the project, whenever and required building and plastering works have been completed.

With experience in adding Smart Home functionality to properties of all sizes, Smart Home Central can setup and optimise all equipment needed to make your home function in the way you desire.

Our commitment to you doesn’t end once your installation and setup are complete. After leaving you to become accustomed to your fully functioning Smart Home for a week or two, we will make an appointment to ensure that everything is still running smoothly, iron out any snagging issues or make any adjustments.

A range of packages are available to offer regular support. Furthermore, we frequently don’t even have to be onsight to manage your systems. Ongoing support packages can be tailored to meet your needs, or you may choose one of our standard support packages if you prefer.
